1. Promoter This promotion is run by Summit Systems Outdoor Equipment Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16568089), registered office 21 Gill Meadows, Stannington, Sheffield, S6 6FP, United Kingdom ("Summit Systems", "we", "us").
2. The Promotion This is a free prize draw. No purchase is necessary to enter or to win.
3. Eligibility Open worldwide, aged 18 or over. Not open to Summit Systems' founders, employees, or their immediate family members. One entry per person; duplicate entries from the same person will be void.
4. How to Enter Enter by submitting your email address via the sign-up form on summit-systems.co.uk. Entry is free and no purchase is required. By entering, you confirm you meet the eligibility criteria above and agree to these terms.
5. The Prize One winner will receive one Summit Systems 40L pack, the production version available at launch. If more than one size or colourway is available at that time, the winner will be offered a choice. The prize has no cash alternative and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or resold.
6. Draw Date and Winner Selection Entries close on 31/01/27. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the closing date. Summit Systems administers the draw directly and keeps a record of how the winner is selected.
7. Winner Notification The winner will be notified by email within 1 day of the draw. The winner must respond within 14 days of notification to claim the prize. If we don't hear back in that time, we reserve the right to draw another winner. The winner's first name and general location may be shared publicly (for example on Instagram or in a newsletter) to confirm the draw took place, unless the winner asks us not to.
8. Data Protection Entrants' email addresses are used to run the draw and, where consent is given at sign-up, to send marketing updates from Summit Systems. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time without affecting your entry into the draw. The winner's details will only be used to administer and fulfil the prize, and will not be shared with third parties beyond what's needed to deliver it. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
9. General Summit Systems may amend or cancel this promotion if circumstances beyond its control make that unavoidable, and will notify entrants of any material change.
